My Best Friend

Lily is my best friend. We met in the first grade, and we’ve been close ever since. She has big eyes and a smile that always makes me happy. Lily is kind and helpful—when I forgot my pencil case last month, she lent me her pens. We share the same hobbies: we both like drawing and playing badminton. Every Saturday, we go to the park to play badminton. We also tell each other our secrets; she always listens to me carefully. When I’m in trouble, she helps me find solutions. Having a best friend like Lily makes my life more fun. I hope our friendship will last forever.​
