My First Time Learning to Cook
Last weekend, I tried cooking for the first time—my mom taught me to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes, a simple but delicious dish. At first, I was nervous to hold the pan, and I almost burned the oil. My mom guided me to pour the beaten eggs slowly, and they turned fluffy quickly. Then I added cut tomatoes and a little sugar. The kitchen filled with a sweet smell. When I served the dish to my family, my dad said it tasted better than he expected! I felt proud and happy. Cooking taught me that even small tasks need patience. Now I want to learn more recipes to surprise my family.
